Underwood Family Farms

This weekend we visited Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark to pick our own produce with friends Dana (Kaden & Addison), Jenna and Greg (Taylor & Mia). We had a blast picking oranges, avocados, lettuce, raspberries, cilantro and bright, red, juicy strawberries! You are not allowed to eat the produce until you have weighed and purchased it. With a few snacky toddlers you would think that would be nearly impossible, but Aiden took this rule very seriously (we didn't) and he kept telling us, "no buy first!" He also became a pro at finding perfectly ripe strawberries. Alexander was not too shabby at picking himself and would sit himself down for a little treat. Besides the produce, the kids enjoy an animal show (our shy Aiden took front and center!), tractor rides and farm games. What a fun day!
