A Catch up on Summer

We had a busy summer as usual. Most of the highlights were from time spent in Minnesota. We took two trips:

In July we visited for our cousin's wedding, the birth of Griffin Thurling, Fourth of July and a camping trip on Lake Superior (which deserves its own separate post to follow). Phew!!

FOURTH OF JULY:

Our Second trip was to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary! Since there are so many grandkids now a dinner out would be impossible, so we enjoyed a private chef and a cooking class. It was a blast! We also got to pick apples and check out the State Fair.

Locally we have enjoyed friends, the beach, and lots of swimming in our pool after the completion of swim lessons. Aiden can now swim a full stretch on his own! Alex is still working on overcoming his fear of the pool but did great.
